Thanksgiving is coming up next week. As you are figuring out where to seat everyone for the big meal, perhaps you’ll consider thinking outside the box. I don’t know about you, but halfway through that much anticipated turkey dinner, I’m ready to fall asleep. Why not make your table the image of comfort? Maybe that means pillows on your dining room chairs, or using a couch (gasp!) for some of the seating. Who made up the rule we have to eat in chairs anyways? It might just mean making the table setting simpler and more homey. Less flowers, more candles or vice versa. Create a space for your celebration that people won’t want to get up from. The kind that brings about those long and laughter filled conversations the holidays are all about!
